Adding A Twist To Football Juggling Can Help Improve Soccer Skills

When we practice football juggling, the increase of the number of taps gives a sense of accomplishment. Of course, juggling itself is a good exercise. But if we want to improve our soccer skills by doing juggling, just increase the taps is not enough.

I think adding a twist to juggling is very important. For example, I practice juggling within a circle which I made by placing a jump rope on the ground.

This is one of my YouTube short movies. As I shot this video in a rainy day on the soil ground, my soccer uniform and soccer boots got very muddy. But surely, my ball control skill was improved by this weird training.

Crouch Start And Hip Joint Stretch

I usually wear soccer uniform, football socks and Adidas classic boots, Copa Mundial when I do independent training or practice juggling. I often do some stretches, core training and dash workout from this crouch start.

During my independent training, I often do hip joint stretch. After I do the splits, I make it a rule to stretch my hip joint by opening my legs forward and backward. As the soil ground was wet because of the rain in the previous day, my soccer shorts got very muddy.

Football Juggling Is A Good Way To Train Core Muscles

I was doing abs exercise wearing soccer uniform, Adidas red socks and Adidas black boots, classic Adidas Copa Mundial. Sit ups training is simple but somewhat difficult. If my posture is not good, I won’t be able to train my abdominal muscle or core muscles properly.

Soccer ball juggling is one of the very effective ways to strengthen my core muscles. And when I do thigh juggling, I use both of my thighs. By using both legs, I can train my left and right sides in a well-balanced manner.

The black color of my Molten soccer ball and black sock holder goes very well with my Adidas classic boots.

Why I Wear Soccer Uniform and Soccer Socks When I Juggle

Football juggling is one of my routine. I prefer to wear my soccer socks over knees because it makes my thin thighs a little more robust. After a long instep and thigh juggling practice, my soccer uniform got very sweaty and so were my socks and compression shorts.

I was not good at soccer ball juggling. But after I changed my way of practice, I could improve my juggling skills. I often wear Liverpool FC uniform and classic Adidas boots, Copa Mundial. These are all my favorite soccer gear and outfits. As I am a defensive midfielder in my team, the ability of ball control is especially important.
