I did dash training starting from a crouch start. I almost always wore my soccer socks over the knee. One of the reasons is that wearing socks over knees makes my thigh look a little more robust. During playing soccer, sliding is a very important action to get the ball, especially for defensive players. As I slid on the soil ground, my soccer shorts got muddy.
