Why I Practice Soccer Ball Juggling In Muddy (Difficult) Conditions

I was very disappointed because I failed when I was about to reach 100 soccer ball juggling challenge. But why did my soccer shorts, soccer socks and Adidas boots, classic Copa Mundial get muddy? Because the field was very damp the day after the rain.

As the photo above symbolizes, when I practice juggling, I often add some difficult conditions to my regular training.

My YouTube video that I uploaded yesterday is one such example.

Soccer cannot always be played in the best conditions. This is a lesson learned from my experience.

Use Your Both Feet Even If You Are A Very Beginner Of Football Juggling

Today, I uploaded my latest YouTube short video titled, ‘Use Both Feet Even If You Are Football Juggling Beginners’. Even if you are a beginner of football juggling, I recommend that you use your both feet from the very basic training stage. Being able to use both feet without losing the balance of your body is important for soccer skills and it will make your football juggling more balanced and beautiful.

In both of my soccer practice and juggling practice, I tried to use my both feet as much as possible. Though I am right handed person, I think I myself am good at passing, a dribble and football juggling using not only my dominant foot my left foot, I mean, my weak foot.

And my left foot skills were developed through juggling exercises using both feet.

Weak Foot Juggling To Expand The Possibilities Of Passing In Soccer

Today, I uploaded my new YouTube short video titled, ‘Why The Skills To Juggle A Soccer Ball With Weak Foot Is Important’. Though I am a right-handed person and my dominant foot is my right foot, I always do my best to use my weak foot, or my left foot.

My position in a defensive midfielder. The defensive midfielder’s main role is in defense, but it is also a position that requires a lot of physical activity and often takes part in attacks. I receives passes from the front, back, left and right, and sends passes from the front, back, left and right, so if I can freely use my both feet, I will have better timing to pass and will have more options for sending passes.

To improve the ability of ball control using our weak foot, juggling practice using our weak foot is a good method.

Crucial Points Of Juggling Which Aim At Improving Your Soccer Ability In General

Soccer ball juggling itself is fun and gives us a sense of accomplishment. But if we want to improve our ability in playing soccer, I think our juggling practice should satisfy some crucial factors. Here is my YouTube short video about this point.

I think there are two important points in jugging which aim at improving my soccer ability in general. First is the accuracy of ball touch. As for me, I practice juggling in a very small circle which I made by placing a jump rope on the ground. In order to juggle within this circle, I have to bounce the ball accurately.

Second factor is the ability of ball control. Ideally, it’s best to decide which part of my body I’ll tap the ball next, not by chance, but according to my imagination. So I bounce the ball in a regular order with my thighs and my insteps of both legs.

Why I Wear Compression Shorts Under My Soccer Uniform Shorts

Today, I uploaded my latest YouTube short video titled ‘The benefits of wearing compression shorts for soccer and soccer ball juggling’.

Recently, I sometimes wear boxer briefs or a thong under my soccer shorts when I practice soccer or juggling. But when I play in games, I most often wear compression shorts.

Compression shorts have some benefits as the underwear for soccer uniform. The first benefit of compression shorts is that they protect the skin of my hips and thighs to a certain extent when I slide. The second benefit is that it reduces fatigue by preventing unnecessary muscle movement.

And for me, compression shorts makes my thin thighs look a little more robust or strong.

Adding A Twist To Football Juggling Can Help Improve Soccer Skills

When we practice football juggling, the increase of the number of taps gives a sense of accomplishment. Of course, juggling itself is a good exercise. But if we want to improve our soccer skills by doing juggling, just increase the taps is not enough.

I think adding a twist to juggling is very important. For example, I practice juggling within a circle which I made by placing a jump rope on the ground.

This is one of my YouTube short movies. As I shot this video in a rainy day on the soil ground, my soccer uniform and soccer boots got very muddy. But surely, my ball control skill was improved by this weird training.

Two Reasons Why You Fail At Soccer Ball Juggling

Today, I uploaded my new YouTube video titled, ‘Never Do it! The Biggest Reason Why You Fail To Juggle A Soccer Ball’.

As I started to use Molten Lifting Balls which are designed especially for soccer ball juggling, I found two reasons why my juggling sometimes failed.

As these Lifting Ball are smaller and very elastic than ordinary soccer balls, it is difficult to bounce the center of the ball on the center of my instep of the foot. Besides, the ball tends to bounce too high, because of the rubber material.

Before I began to use these balls for juggling, I thought these ball would be easier to juggle. But in fact, the opposite was true. These balls are harder to juggle than ordinary balls.

But it means that these balls are very useful to improve my juggling skills drastically. So I will continue to use them.

My Secret Rubber Balls Which Improved My Soccer Ball Juggling

These are my soccer balls. Strictly speaking, one at the center is the ordinary Molten soccer balls and the others are Molten’s lifting ball (Lifting means juggling in Japan) which are made especially for soccer ball juggling. The bigger lifting ball is for beginners but the smaller one is for intermediate level football players.

Today, I uploaded my YouTube video titled ‘Amazing Two Balls That Improved My Soccer Ball Juggling Skills’. You can see how difficult it is to juggle a small elastic rubber ball.

I bought these two molten balls for football juggling. Both of them are smaller than ordinary soccer ball. Being made of rubber, they are both very elastic. I compared the diameter and the weight of each rubber ball.

With these balls, I will be able to improve my soccer skills of ball control.
