Crouch Start And Hip Joint Stretch

I usually wear soccer uniform, football socks and Adidas classic boots, Copa Mundial when I do independent training or practice juggling. I often do some stretches, core training and dash workout from this crouch start.

During my independent training, I often do hip joint stretch. After I do the splits, I make it a rule to stretch my hip joint by opening my legs forward and backward. As the soil ground was wet because of the rain in the previous day, my soccer shorts got very muddy.

Two Reasons Why You Fail At Soccer Ball Juggling

Today, I uploaded my new YouTube video titled, ‘Never Do it! The Biggest Reason Why You Fail To Juggle A Soccer Ball’.

As I started to use Molten Lifting Balls which are designed especially for soccer ball juggling, I found two reasons why my juggling sometimes failed.

As these Lifting Ball are smaller and very elastic than ordinary soccer balls, it is difficult to bounce the center of the ball on the center of my instep of the foot. Besides, the ball tends to bounce too high, because of the rubber material.

Before I began to use these balls for juggling, I thought these ball would be easier to juggle. But in fact, the opposite was true. These balls are harder to juggle than ordinary balls.

But it means that these balls are very useful to improve my juggling skills drastically. So I will continue to use them.

Football Juggling Is A Good Way To Train Core Muscles

I was doing abs exercise wearing soccer uniform, Adidas red socks and Adidas black boots, classic Adidas Copa Mundial. Sit ups training is simple but somewhat difficult. If my posture is not good, I won’t be able to train my abdominal muscle or core muscles properly.

Soccer ball juggling is one of the very effective ways to strengthen my core muscles. And when I do thigh juggling, I use both of my thighs. By using both legs, I can train my left and right sides in a well-balanced manner.

The black color of my Molten soccer ball and black sock holder goes very well with my Adidas classic boots.

How I Use A Jump Rope For Hip Joint Stretching And Soccer Ball Juggling

The flexibility and the motion range of the hip joint is important not only for soccer ball juggling but also for soccer skills in general. Now I keep my left knee on the inside edge of the circle which is made by a jump rope and try to straddle the soccer ball with my right foot as far away from the circle as possible.

But the jump rope placed on the ground is not just for stretching but also for improving my juggling skills.

I sometimes use this jump rope when I practice soccer ball juggling. Previously, I chased the soccer ball and my position became very unstable. So I makes it a rule not to get out of a circle which I made with the jump rope placed on the ground. Thanks to this training, I could strengthen my core muscles and keep my body balance stable while playing in a soccer games as a defensive midfielder.

The Flexibility Of Hip Joint And Soccer Ball Juggling

Did I do the splits? No. Of course, the flexibility of the hip joint is important. But I just pulled the top of my red socks to make the soccer socks over the knee. The long sleeves soccer shirts and shorts are both Liverpool FC. And I like the classic taste of Adidas Copa Mundial.

By the way, I make it a rule to practice soccer ball juggling using both legs. As I am a right handed person, juggling a ball with my left foot is harder than with my right foot. When I use my weak foot, the flexibility of my hip joint is important. So I often do core training and stretching which makes my hip joint more flexible.

Why I Wear Soccer Socks Over The Knee

During playing soccer, sliding is a very important action to get the ball, especially for defensive players. As I slid on the soil ground, my soccer shorts got muddy. But thanks to the compression shorts, my thigh skin was protected to some extent. So were my knees thanks to the soccer socks which I wear over the knee.

As a soccer player, both my thighs and my calves are rather thin. This is one of the reason why I like to wear my soccer socks over knees to make my legs look more robust. My black Adidas boots, Copa Mundial go well with my black sock holders.

Why I Wear Soccer Uniform and Soccer Socks When I Juggle

Football juggling is one of my routine. I prefer to wear my soccer socks over knees because it makes my thin thighs a little more robust. After a long instep and thigh juggling practice, my soccer uniform got very sweaty and so were my socks and compression shorts.

I was not good at soccer ball juggling. But after I changed my way of practice, I could improve my juggling skills. I often wear Liverpool FC uniform and classic Adidas boots, Copa Mundial. These are all my favorite soccer gear and outfits. As I am a defensive midfielder in my team, the ability of ball control is especially important.

My Secret Rubber Balls Which Improved My Soccer Ball Juggling

These are my soccer balls. Strictly speaking, one at the center is the ordinary Molten soccer balls and the others are Molten’s lifting ball (Lifting means juggling in Japan) which are made especially for soccer ball juggling. The bigger lifting ball is for beginners but the smaller one is for intermediate level football players.

Today, I uploaded my YouTube video titled ‘Amazing Two Balls That Improved My Soccer Ball Juggling Skills’. You can see how difficult it is to juggle a small elastic rubber ball.

I bought these two molten balls for football juggling. Both of them are smaller than ordinary soccer ball. Being made of rubber, they are both very elastic. I compared the diameter and the weight of each rubber ball.

With these balls, I will be able to improve my soccer skills of ball control.

What I Wear When I Practice Soccer Ball Juggling

As I practice soccer juggling on the soil ground, the soles of my soccer boots, Adidas Copa Mundial got very muddy. I wore red compression shorts under my red soccer shorts. I usually wear other boots when I play in games but I often use these classic ones when I do my independent training or practice juggling.

I took a rest after soccer juggling practice. I usually wear soccer jerseys, shorts, socks and cleats even when I do my independent practice. I also wear red red compression shorts, red soccer socks and black sock holders. I often wear long socks over the knees to cover half of my thighs.
