Use Your Both Feet Even If You Are A Very Beginner Of Football Juggling

Today, I uploaded my latest YouTube short video titled, ‘Use Both Feet Even If You Are Football Juggling Beginners’. Even if you are a beginner of football juggling, I recommend that you use your both feet from the very basic training stage. Being able to use both feet without losing the balance of your body is important for soccer skills and it will make your football juggling more balanced and beautiful.

In both of my soccer practice and juggling practice, I tried to use my both feet as much as possible. Though I am right handed person, I think I myself am good at passing, a dribble and football juggling using not only my dominant foot my left foot, I mean, my weak foot.

And my left foot skills were developed through juggling exercises using both feet.

What Is Most Important For Football Juggling Beginners

At first, I was not good at football juggling, though I have played soccer. I had been one of the juggling beginners for a long time. But after I changed my way of practice, my juggling skills improved. Now. I can juggle several hundreds times using many parts of my body.

I realized that what is important is catch the ball at the center of my foot, or the lower part of my instep. If the ball I bounce with my instep goes straight up, my juggling will be stable.

The first step was a simple practice of dropping the soccer ball with my hands and letting it bounce on my instep. It was so simple but in changed my juggling skills.

Weak Foot Juggling To Expand The Possibilities Of Passing In Soccer

Today, I uploaded my new YouTube short video titled, ‘Why The Skills To Juggle A Soccer Ball With Weak Foot Is Important’. Though I am a right-handed person and my dominant foot is my right foot, I always do my best to use my weak foot, or my left foot.

My position in a defensive midfielder. The defensive midfielder’s main role is in defense, but it is also a position that requires a lot of physical activity and often takes part in attacks. I receives passes from the front, back, left and right, and sends passes from the front, back, left and right, so if I can freely use my both feet, I will have better timing to pass and will have more options for sending passes.

To improve the ability of ball control using our weak foot, juggling practice using our weak foot is a good method.

Ideal Body As A Soccer Player, Especially As A Midfielder

Besides this blog, I post YouTube video almost every day including short videos.

I shot my YouTube football juggling videos mainly in cold seasons. So I wore jerseys with long sleeves because it was cold. As for my upper body, I wears thicker underwear, which makes me look fuller than I actually is.

But as for my lower body, thick clothing makes it difficult to move and juggle a soccer ball. So I wear soccer shorts and soccer socks, which are almost the same as when I play soccer. I also wear compression shorts and wear my socks over knees which I hope makes my legs a little thicker and stronger. But you may find that my legs are thin as a soccer player. As I am a defensive midfielder, endurance and large amounts of exercise are often more important than instantaneous kicking power.

But still, I think I’m generally thin and don’t have much muscle. Perhaps because I exercise so much, I feel like I’m expending more muscle than gaining muscle even when I train.

In this blog and YouTube videos, I would like to not only introduce juggling, but also the process by which I aim for my ideal body type.

How To Make My Thigh Look More Robust And Strong As A Soccer Player

I did dash training starting from a crouch start. I almost always wore my soccer socks over the knee. One of the reasons is that wearing socks over knees makes my thigh look a little more robust. As a soccer player, especially as a defensive midfielder, I want to make my thin thigh look more strong. I think the compression shorts also have the same kind of effect.

By the way, my soccer team’s uniform is light blue. But I prefer the red jersey when I do football juggling practice. I wear red compression shorts under red shorts. As a soccer player, my legs are a little too thin. So I want to make not only my thin thigh but also my calf more strong.

Flexibility And Range Of Motion Of Hip Joint Is Important

I was doing hip stretches during soccer ball juggling practice. The flexibility and the range of motion of hip joint is very important not only for juggling but also for soccer practice in general. I wear red compression shorts under red shorts which are both sweaty.

I am just resting on the ground after some soccer ball juggling practice. My soccer shorts and compression shorts get even more sweaty, and so did my Adidas red socks. You can see shin guards which I wear under the socks.

Crucial Points Of Juggling Which Aim At Improving Your Soccer Ability In General

Soccer ball juggling itself is fun and gives us a sense of accomplishment. But if we want to improve our ability in playing soccer, I think our juggling practice should satisfy some crucial factors. Here is my YouTube short video about this point.

I think there are two important points in jugging which aim at improving my soccer ability in general. First is the accuracy of ball touch. As for me, I practice juggling in a very small circle which I made by placing a jump rope on the ground. In order to juggle within this circle, I have to bounce the ball accurately.

Second factor is the ability of ball control. Ideally, it’s best to decide which part of my body I’ll tap the ball next, not by chance, but according to my imagination. So I bounce the ball in a regular order with my thighs and my insteps of both legs.

Why I Wear Compression Shorts Under My Soccer Uniform Shorts

Today, I uploaded my latest YouTube short video titled ‘The benefits of wearing compression shorts for soccer and soccer ball juggling’.

Recently, I sometimes wear boxer briefs or a thong under my soccer shorts when I practice soccer or juggling. But when I play in games, I most often wear compression shorts.

Compression shorts have some benefits as the underwear for soccer uniform. The first benefit of compression shorts is that they protect the skin of my hips and thighs to a certain extent when I slide. The second benefit is that it reduces fatigue by preventing unnecessary muscle movement.

And for me, compression shorts makes my thin thighs look a little more robust or strong.

Adding A Twist To Football Juggling Can Help Improve Soccer Skills

When we practice football juggling, the increase of the number of taps gives a sense of accomplishment. Of course, juggling itself is a good exercise. But if we want to improve our soccer skills by doing juggling, just increase the taps is not enough.

I think adding a twist to juggling is very important. For example, I practice juggling within a circle which I made by placing a jump rope on the ground.

This is one of my YouTube short movies. As I shot this video in a rainy day on the soil ground, my soccer uniform and soccer boots got very muddy. But surely, my ball control skill was improved by this weird training.

I’m Not A vaulter But A Football Juggler In A Circle

Recently, I started my YouTube channel. I have uploaded my videos almost everyday, including short moves. So Please visit my channel.

I’m not a vaulter. I just use my body to check the size of the circle which I made with a jump rope. As I did juggle a soccer ball after the rain, my soccer shorts and Adidas socks and boots got very muddy.

I often do football juggling in this small circle which I made with a jump rope. During this ‘jump rope juggling’, I must not put my pivot foot outside the circle or step on the rope. This practice may look strange. But I can make my juggling more stable by doing this ‘jump rope juggling’.
